3. Roles Under GDPR

• Fit Access acts as a Data Processor for member data uploaded by gyms.
• Gyms act as Data Controllers for their members’ personal data.
• For Fit Access account data (admins, owners), Fit Access acts as a Data Controller.

4.1 Data You Provide Directly

• Account information (name, email, phone number)
• Business details (gym name, address)
• Login credentials
• Billing and payment-related data (handled via third-party providers)

4.2 Member Data (Provided by Gyms)

• Member names, contact details
• Membership status, plans, attendance
• Payment records (excluding full card details)

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on contractual necessity, legal obligations, legitimate interests, and explicit consent where required.

6. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to operate the Platform, authenticate users, process billing, provide support, and improve system security. We do not sell personal data.
