1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Fit Access, a gym membership and management software platform (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you (“Customer”, “User”, or “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You are at least 18 years old
• You represent a legitimate fitness organization
• You are responsible for all activities under your credentials

3. License & Intellectual Property

The Platform and its underlying technology are the exclusive property of Fit Access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or access data not belonging to your organization.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Payments are non-refundable after 10 days
• Failure to pay may result in immediate account suspension

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit Access shall not be liable for injuries or health incidents occurring at gyms, or financial losses caused by third-party service interruptions.
